The third season of Kakabhushundi Ramayan has begun airing on Doordarshan. Its first two seasons were highly appreciated. Up to the second season, the story covered the journey of Lord Rama’s army reaching the seashore.
In the third season, the narrative moves forward with Lord Rama preparing to release an arrow at the Sea God, after which the Sea God appears and advises Him about the construction of the bridge (Setu Bandhan). He introduces Nala and Nila, who possessed the divine ability to build a bridge across the ocean for Lord Rama. From this moment begins the third season of Kakabhushundi Ramayan.
The screenplay writer of this Doordarshan television series Kakabhushundi Ramayan is mythology writer Shrikant Vishwakarma. Prior to this, Shrikant Vishwakarma had written Gau Mata Kamdhenu for Ramanand Sagar ji’s production house, Sagar World. He was selected for Gau Mata Kamdhenu by Ramanand Sagar ji’s son, Prem Sagar ji.
Impressed by Shrikant Vishwakarma’s story and screenplay in Gau Mata Kamdhenu, Prem Sagar ji once again selected him to write Kakabhushundi Ramayan. Thus, mythology writer Shrikant Vishwakarma got the opportunity to write a show that is currently being broadcast on Doordarshan.
In addition to this, Shrikant Vishwakarma is also writing another show for the Ultra Channel, the shooting of which will begin very soon.
