THE TWELVE — BARAH RASHIDHAARI
Created by Shrikant Vishwakarma
In an age long forgotten, when the balance between the
human world and the divine realms had yet to be established, a group of great
sages perceived twelve extraordinary divine forces in the heavens. In time,
these forces came to be known as the twelve zodiac signs—from Aries to
Pisces.
But they were far more than patterns of stars
scattered across the night sky.
Each zodiac sign was connected to one of the
universe’s fundamental forces and to a unique Celestial Gate.
These twelve divine gates governed the flow of energy between the Earth, the
heavens, and the unseen realms, preserving the balance of the world for
thousands of years.
The guardianship of these gates was entrusted neither
to a king nor to a god.
The sages had established a deeper law: whenever the
balance of these forces was disturbed in any age, the zodiac itself would
choose human beings worthy of carrying its power.
That power would not be inherited at birth. It would
not pass through royal blood or ancient lineage.
The zodiac itself would choose the human.
Yet hidden behind this ancient order was a prophecy
known only to a handful of the oldest sages:
“When a thirteenth star appears in the heavens, a star
that can never set, the twelve Rashidhaari will once again be born upon the
Earth. They may save the world—or destroy it through their own actions.”
For thousands of years, the prophecy faded into
nothing more than a forgotten legend.
Until one night, a strange Thirteenth Star
suddenly appears in the sky.
Unlike every other star, it neither sets nor shifts
from its position.
At that very moment, twelve young people, born in
different corners of India or standing at decisive turning points in their
lives, begin experiencing extraordinary events they cannot understand.
For one, flames appear at will.
Another feels the immense power of the earth awakening
within him.
One can perceive the thoughts and illusions of others.
Another begins seeing memories hidden within water.
A solar energy awakens within one of them.
Another becomes connected to the forces of nature,
healing and life.
One can sense the delicate balance between truth and
falsehood.
Another gains control over poison and shadow.
One becomes connected to the sky and divine weapons.
Another acquires the immense strength and stability of
a mountain.
One begins to glimpse water, knowledge and possible
futures.
And within another awakens the ability to enter
dreams, communicate with the ocean and reach into spiritual realms.
These twelve people could not be more different.
Their languages, personalities, cultures, lives and
desires set them apart. Some are courageous. Some are arrogant. Some are
fearful. Some are brilliant. Some are compassionate. And some are running from
the ghosts of their past.
None of them considers themselves a Rashidhaari—a
guardian.
But as the power of the Thirteenth Star grows, they
begin to realise that their awakening has triggered events across the world
that ordinary human beings cannot even perceive.
Sealed gates beneath ancient temples begin to open.
Forgotten powers awaken.
Celestial signs begin to change.
And the boundaries between the earthly world and the
unseen realms begin to weaken.
Behind this growing crisis stands Arkaasur—an
ancient and immensely powerful entity whose origins are connected not to any
ordinary race of asuras, but to the very secret the sages concealed thousands
of years ago.
Arkaasur does not merely seek to rule the world.
He intends to seize the primordial power of the twelve
zodiac forces and transform the Thirteenth Star into a permanent source
of power—allowing him to reshape the cosmic order that has maintained
the balance between gods, humans and the other realms.
But Arkaasur knows that the power of the twelve zodiac
forces cannot be taken by force.
He must make the twelve humans misuse their own
powers.
So he creates different circumstances and temptations
for each of them, forcing them to confront the deepest parts of
themselves—their fear, pride, greed, revenge and ambition.
And it is during this journey that the story’s central
hero emerges:
Arya.
Arya is different from the other eleven Rashidhaari.
His connection to his zodiac power is as mysterious as his own past.
At first, Arya is frightened by the power awakening
within him. He begins to believe that perhaps his very birth is somehow
responsible for the coming destruction.
But slowly, he discovers that the zodiac forces are
not merely divine powers that grant extraordinary abilities.
They are also tests of human action, judgement
and character.
When the twelve Rashidhaari finally come together for
the first time, there is no unity among them.
They do not trust one another.
They clash over their powers.
And at times, they even find themselves standing
against each other.
Gradually, they begin to understand that their
greatest strength does not lie in any individual power.
It lies in the balance created by their
different powers working together.
Their journey takes them across the mysterious
landscapes of ancient India—through secret traditions preserved by sages,
forgotten temples, Nagalok, the realms of the Yakshas,
mysterious Himalayan caves, ancient observatories and unseen worlds whose
existence has remained hidden from ordinary humanity.
Within every Celestial Gate lies a
mystery, a test and a truth.
And before each Rashidhaari can truly master their
power, they must first confront a weakness within themselves.
As the twelve begin to uncover the secrets of the
Celestial Gates, they discover that the Thirteenth Star is not merely a
harbinger of destruction.
It is a gateway to a cosmic order that is
older even than the twelve zodiac forces themselves.
Now they face the greatest question of all:
Should they destroy this thirteenth power?
Should they seal it away?
Or should they uncover the truth hidden behind its
existence?
And here, the story reaches its deepest philosophical
question:
Does a person’s birth and zodiac determine their
destiny—or can their actions change the course of their fate?
In the end, Arya and his companions come to understand
that the zodiac gives them only possibilities.
True power lies in the choices they make.
No Rashidhaari is born great.
They must become great through their actions.
With this central idea, THE TWELVE — Barah
Rashidhaari becomes far more than a supernatural adventure.
It is an expansive Indian fantasy universe built upon philosophy,
mythology, destiny, friendship, sacrifice, identity and the power of human
action.
And even after the first story comes to an end, the
universe remains open to countless new realms, mysteries, powers and characters
waiting to be discovered.
THE TWELVE —

1.Concept
Creator: Shrikant Vishwakarma
Format / Universe: Original Indian
fantasy, mythology-inspired supernatural adventure universe.
Core creative principle: The zodiac
may give a human extraordinary potential, but the human's choices and actions
determine whether that power becomes a force for protection or destruction.
2. ORIGINAL CONCEPT
In an ancient age, when the balance
between human beings and the divine worlds was still unstable, ancient sages
perceived twelve divine forces in the heavens. These forces later became known
as the twelve zodiac signs. In this fictional universe, the twelve zodiac signs
are not merely constellations: each represents a fundamental cosmic force and
is connected to a Celestial Gate.
The twelve Celestial Gates regulate
the movement of energy between Earth, the heavens and unseen realms. The sages
established a rule that when the cosmic balance is disturbed, the zodiac forces
themselves will choose worthy human beings to become their bearers. Their
powers are not inherited through bloodline or royal birth; the zodiac chooses
the individual.
A hidden prophecy states that when an
impossible Thirteenth Star appears in the sky, twelve Rashidhaari will once
again arise on Earth. They may save the world—or destroy it through their own
actions.
3. THE THIRTEENTH
STAR
After thousands of years, the
prophecy appears to awaken. A strange Thirteenth Star emerges in the night sky.
Unlike ordinary stars, it neither sets nor changes its position. At the same
moment, twelve young people born in different parts of India, or standing at
decisive turning points in their lives, begin experiencing unexplained
manifestations of supernatural power.
The Thirteenth Star is ultimately
revealed to be more than a symbol of destruction. It is connected to a cosmic
order older than the twelve zodiac forces, creating the central mystery of the
universe.
4. THE TWELVE CELESTIAL
GATES
Each zodiac force is linked to a
Celestial Gate. Each Gate contains a mystery, a test and a truth. A Rashidhaari
must confront an inner weakness before fully understanding or mastering the
power associated with the Gate.
The Gates connect the human world
with hidden dimensions and ancient realms. Their mythology opens pathways to
forgotten temples, secret traditions, Nagalok, the realms of Yakshas,
mysterious Himalayan caves, ancient observatories and other unseen worlds.

6. AARYA — CENTRAL
PROTAGONIST
Arya is not simply the strongest of
the twelve. His real journey is to understand the fire within himself. He
begins with loneliness, anger and impulsiveness. Through failure, he learns to
trust the eleven others and gradually becomes a true leader.
His greatest victory is not defeating
an external enemy, but mastering his own anger and ego. His mysterious past and
his fear that his birth may somehow be connected to the coming destruction form
an important part of the central mystery.
7. ARKAASUR —
CENTRAL ANTAGONIST
Arkaasur is an ancient and
extraordinarily powerful entity whose origin is connected to the secret hidden
by the ancient sages. His objective is not merely to rule Earth.
His distinctive power is
'Rashi-Vikriti'. Rather than simply stealing the Rashidhaari's powers, he
corrupts their fears, pride, revenge and desires, transforming divine potential
into destructive force.
His ultimate objective is to corrupt
the powers of all twelve zodiac forces, turn the Thirteenth Star into a
permanent source of power and alter the cosmic balance maintained between gods,
humans and other realms.
8. CENTRAL CONFLICT
The true battle of the Rashidhaari is
not simply good versus evil. It is the battle between human beings and their
own weaknesses.
Arkaasur uses each Rashidhaari's personal
weakness as a weapon. The twelve individuals have different personalities,
cultures, desires and fears. They must rise above ego, fear, revenge and
personal temptation and learn to trust one another.
Their greatest strength is ultimately
not any single supernatural ability, but the balance created when their
different powers and personalities work together.
9. CORE
PHILOSOPHICAL THEME
The universe explores destiny, free
will, identity, friendship, sacrifice, responsibility and human action.
Central question: Does a person's
birth and zodiac determine their destiny, or can their actions change the
course of their fate?
Answer expressed by the story: The
zodiac gives possibility; human action determines whether that possibility
becomes protection or destruction. No Rashidhaari is born great. Each must
become worthy through action.
10. STORY WORLD AND
FUTURE EXPANSION
The story can expand beyond the first
adventure into multiple hidden realms, ancient mysteries, supernatural
locations, new characters and further revelations concerning the cosmic order
behind the twelve zodiac forces and the Thirteenth Star.
Potential recurring world elements
include ancient Indian landscapes, forgotten temples, secret sage traditions,
Nagalok, Yaksha territories, Himalayan mysteries, ancient observatories,
Celestial Gates and unseen dimensions.
